We want you to love your Power Mist, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products. Due to the nature of our sanitizing formulas, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unopened Touchland products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
